Home Instead is looking for an energetic, passionate and organized individual who enjoys making a difference in the lives of our senior care community! The Scheduling Coordinator will manage client schedules utilizing caregiver matching based on the needs of the client and skill set of the caregivers.   • Answer incoming calls in a friendly, professional and knowledgeable manner.
  • Create and maintain client and caregiver schedules with an emphasis on creating high quality matches.
  • Monitor, mediate, and log all client and caregiver activity utilizing the software system.
  • Schedule/Staff for a high volume base of over 100 clients.
  • Maintain regular attendance at the office to execute job responsibilities.
  • Demonstrate open and effective communication with the franchise owner, colleagues, caregivers, clients and family members.
  • On-call responsibilities will include handling all calls that are received after hours in a professional and efficient manner.
  • Scheduling/Staffing experience (preferred).
  • Effective written and verbal communication.
  • Proficient typing skills required.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Word,Excel, Outlook.
  • Candidates need to be able to track and prioritize multiple tasks and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
  • Problem solving mentality by staffing for current and future ongoing shifts.
