Home Instead is seeking a mission-minded Recruiting & Engagement Coordinator to recruit, onboard, train, and support exceptional Care Professionals while helping us fulfill our mission of enhancing the lives of aging adults and their families.

This role is ideal for someone who is driven, task-focused, organized, and accountable, with a strong sense of integrity and a passion for serving others. The right candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, works well under pressure, and is motivated by achieving goals and building strong teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Recruit, interview, hire, and onboard Care Professionals
• Conduct orientations, training, and caregiver coaching
• Support caregiver engagement, retention, and performance
• Maintain compliance with training, licensing, and employment requirements
• Track recruiting, retention, and utilization metrics
• Partner with scheduling and operations to meet staffing needs
• Occasionally provide hands-on caregiver support and training
• Participate in on-call rotation as needed

Qualifications

• Must be 21 years of age or older
• Professional caregiving experience required
• Valid driver's license, current auto insurance, and reliable transportation
• Strong communication, organization, and problem-solving skills
• High level of professionalism, integrity, and follow-through
• Ability to multitask and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Recruiting, HR, or hiring experience preferred, but not required for the right person with the right heart, work ethic, and commitment to our mission
